KidsFirst Community Breakfast Outline:
7:45 AM: Doors open for schools or nonprofits to set up FREE tables to display their information and upcoming events.
8:00 AM: Check-in begins for attendees.
8:30 AM: Program starts promptly with a welcome and introductions from every member present.
8:35 AM: Business Sponsor of the Month presents a 5-minute presentation on their business. Marketing materials can be left on tables.
8:45 AM: Feature presentation on the School of the Month, providing a brief overview of what makes their school unique.
9:00 AM: Spotlight on the Nonprofit of the Month, discussing their mission and potential partnership opportunities.
9:15 AM: Presentation of the Kid Advocate of the Month award, honoring an individual making a significant difference in the lives of children.
9:20 AM: Attendees have the opportunity to give a brief commercial about their work or upcoming events. Donations of school supplies for the School of the Month are encouraged in lieu of door prizes.
9:30 AM: 50/50 drawing (half to the winner, half to MRC). Open networking and visiting school and nonprofit tables.
